Amsterdam, 19 January 2026 – Cementir Holding N.V. announces that, as partial amendment to the Financial Calendar released on 19 December 2025, the Board of Directors’ Meeting for the examination of Fourth quarter and full year 2025 preliminary consolidated results, approval of 2026 Budget and 2026-2028 Industrial Plan update will be held on 12 February 2026, instead of 11 February 2026.
On the same day a conference call will be held with financial analysts and institutional investors.
