Amsterdam, 11 September 2026 – Cementir Holding N.V. ("Cementir" or the "Company") announces that, following the necessary verifications, certain information relating to its 2026 guidance reported by Public Technologies (PUBT), an artificial intelligence-based analytics platform, is inaccurate.
In particular, the platform indicates an expected 2026 EBITDA that does not correspond to the guidance officially communicated by the Company to the market.

Cementir clarifies that the guidance currently in place for the 2026 financial year envisages EBITDA in the range of EUR 400 million to EUR 420 million, on a like-for-like basis. Such guidance includes the assumptions and limitations already disclosed by the Company in its public filings and official communications.

The Company invites investors and other stakeholders to rely exclusively on information disclosed through its official communication channels, and on documents published on the Company's website and through the authorised dissemination systems.
