Cementir has been included in the “World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2025” ranking, compiled by TIME and the German research company Statista, which includes the top 500 global companies combining strong financial performance with a solid commitment to sustainability by addressing environmental and social challenges.

The ranking evaluates companies based on four key dimensions: sustainable business, commitment and ESG ratings, transparency in reporting and environmental and social stewardship. Key evaluation metrics include emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3), energy and water usage, waste management, and workplace safety, among others.

The inclusion in this prestigious list reflects the Group’s continued progress in decarbonization, transparency, and sustainable innovation, in line with its long-term ESG strategy.

This year, Cementir has also been named an “ESG Industry Top-Rated” company by Sustainalytics, included in the “Climate Leaders 2025” list by the Financial Times and Statista, and received an A rating from CDP in Climate Change and A- in Water security.
