Cementir Holding N.V. has received an MSCI ESG Rating of AA, an upgrade from its previous rating of A.

The upgrade places Cementir in the “Leader” category of MSCI ESG Ratings, which comprises companies rated AA and AAA. This category identifies companies that lead their industry in managing financially relevant ESG risks and opportunities.

MSCI’s methodology focuses on the environmental, social and governance factors most relevant to each industry. Ratings range from CCC to AAA and reflect companies’ exposure to these factors and their ability to manage them relative to industry peers.

The upgrade to AA represents further recognition of the Group’s continuous improvement journey, alongside the positive assessments already received from other international sustainability rating providers.
